U.S Congressman Andy Levin, is a progressive Democrat representing the 9th District of Michigan. A union organizer, human rights activist, workforce policy expert and green energy entrepreneur, he has spent his career fighting for an equitable and inclusive future for all people.

Create a compelling overview of the EV Freedom Act to accompany initial press release and introduction in the House of Representatives.

PROCESS
Three Lyons Creative elaborated on the concept provided by Congressman Andy Levin's staff, recording different portions of the script in different locations, and capturing all of the b-roll used in one half shooting day. The project needed to be turned around in four days in order be released simultaneously with the press conference announcing the bill. We were able to edit, color, mix and create all necessary graphic elements in time to send them a revised export before the deadline.
OUTCOME
This video has been viewed over 120,000 times on twitter, and is raising awareness of the need for EV infrastructure. Effectively communicating with constituents is a vital part of any elected official's responsibility, and we are thrilled to have been able to assist. Three Lyons will continue to track progress as the bill moves it's way through the house.
