ROCO Real Estate, a real estate company based in Bloomfield Hills, MI that owns and operates a diverse range of multifamily communities across the United States.
oBJECTIVE
ROCO approached Three Lyons Creative with a challenge: design and develop content for their HR efforts that teaches ROCO’s core values in a playful, informative way that is positioned to interest millennials.

PROCESS
Three Lyons Creative studied the four core values and developed mood boards to help establish the character of each value. 3LC proposed three different art directions for the characters and ROCO selected the comic book/pop art style, like that of Roy Lichtenstein. 3LC then established rough character sketches, established a color palette in the ROCO brand, scripted the dialogue, and illustrated the scene in comic style.
OUTCOMEE
Three Lyons Creative presented what we called the “ROCO Core Values Heroes.” This included the four character heads and a comic scene for each character in action. ROCO Real Estate now uses the artwork in the HR efforts to engage and inspire new hires and existing employees.
