Starfish Family Services, a leading provider of early childhood development and parenting programs, children’s mental health services, after school programs and an emergency shelter for teens and youth in crisis.
OBJECTIVE
To produce a 6–7 minute video that tells Starfish Family Services’ story through their program for young families. Baby Power, to be shown at the Great Hearts Gala in COBO Hall.

PROCESS
Three Lyons Creative spent three months with Starfish Family Services, capturing hours of footage documenting students, staff, Baby Power moms, and babies. We then reviewed the footage to find the arc of the story. To enhance the story, we designed motion graphics to bring life to metaphors and applied music to help build the tone.
OUTCOME
The final film, Strengthening Families to Create a Brighter for Children, premieres the sixth annual Gala benefitting children and their families. More than 400 guests will attend and the event is expected to raise more than $550,000.
