PROCESS
We worked closely with Sugar Law in order to identify experts and small business owners who could speak to the importance of a CBA. Over the course of a couple weeks, we interviewed six subjects, collected B-roll, and crafted a narrative in order to best make the case for a CBA.
OUTCOME
The video was shown at conference regarding the community benefits agreement and was very well-received. The problem with issues such as CBAs is that due to their complex and far-reaching nature, it can be hard to distill exactly what tangible, real effects a city ordinance would have. We feel like we did our best to show, in real terms, what a CBA would mean and why it would work.
